Dominance Promotions, Giveaways & Lucky Draws – Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the general terms and conditions applicable to all promotional campaigns, giveaways, contests, and lucky draw activities organized by Aaghaz Traders, operating under the brand name Dominance.pk ("Dominance").

By participating in any Dominance giveaway or promotional campaign, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Organizer

2. Campaign Period

• Employees of Aaghaz Traders/Dominance, their immediate family members, and affiliated partners may be excluded unless otherwise stated.

4. Entry Mechanism

• Only valid entries made during the official campaign period will be considered.

• Dominance reserves the right to reject any entry found to be incomplete, false, or fraudulent.

• Multiple qualifying purchases or actions may result in multiple entries where applicable, as per campaign announcement.

5. Winner Selection

• All winners will be selected through a random lucky draw process or another transparent method defined by Dominance.

• The decision of Dominance regarding selection of winners shall be final and binding.

6. Prizes

• All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-cashable unless explicitly stated.

• Dominance reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value due to availability issues or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Winner Verification & Claim

• Winners may be required to provide valid identification, proof of purchase, and any additional information reasonably requested by Dominance.

• If a winner fails to respond within the announced or reasonable timeframe, Dominance reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Disqualification

Dominance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information

• Engages in fraudulent activity or manipulation of the campaign

• Violates these terms and conditions or any campaign-specific rules

9. Publicity & Marketing

By participating, winners grant Dominance the right to use their name, photographs, video recordings, and statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dominance shall not be responsible for:

• Technical failures, system errors, or website downtime

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

• Any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in any campaign or from the acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law

11. Modification of Terms

Dominance reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on Dominance’s official platforms.

12. Campaign-Specific Rules

In addition to this general policy, each campaign may have specific terms, including eligibility, duration, prize structure, and draw schedule. In case of any conflict, the campaign-specific terms shall prevail.
