Return and Exchange Policy

  • Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores/online within the 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please note that the product must be in saleable condition and unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
  • Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if a defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.
  • Please contact our customer service team by call or WhatsApp at 0314 4032801 and share images of the defective or incorrect product within 3 days of delivery.
  • After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.
  • ⚠️ No return or refund on sock packs of 12 and 24 pairs.
