Dominance.pk Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at 0314 4032801. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To Report an Issue or Request a Return:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

To process your return:

  • Attach a full unboxing video.
  • Share a clear video showing the issue in detail.

⚠️ Returns cannot be processed without proper video evidence.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like wearables (such as T-shirts and shoes), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 15–20 working days via bank transfer or the original payment method.


Please Note 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
  • All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • ⚠️ No return or refund on sock packs of 12 and 24 pairs.
  • A complete unboxing video, starting from the opening of the Dominance.pk flyer, is mandatory for any return or complaint.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition — with no missing, broken, or damaged items.
  • ⚠️ Fraudulent claims will not be entertained without full video proof showing the package from the moment it's opened.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
