best quality and more than expected capacity. Only improvement could be size of laptop folding /bucket inside which is very small and size is half of the bag only.
Moreover, zips quality is not like the quality of bag.. it looks local zip

I bought this item two months ago. The product was fine and so was the right color but today it's zip broke off. Otherwise it's in good quality but this issue arose. How can I get it replaced?
