60-Liter Backpack - SADPARA

Quality of the product is satisfactory. Price tag should be a bit low.

I have received this backpack today. The built quality is good but there are few issues, if fixed it's amazing.
1. The laptop sleeve is needs to be at least an inch wider. The laptop needs to be forced inside as it's barely wide for it. Tried two laptops both 14 inches.
2. There is zero protection at the bottom of laptop sleeve. Luckily I ordered the rain cover now I am using as bottom padding otherwise it would directly hit the floor damaging it's side.
3. No dedicated space for rain cover, if a pocket can be made at bottom it will be great.

The backpack sits high on the back so it's definitely good back support. One thing to keep in mind it has just a single main pocket with no partitions, so your shoes will go along with rest of the stuff.
Lower hidden pocket will only allow cellphone and nothing else with it. Zips are good quality. Overall good buy.

Purchased the 60 Liter Backpack with the Rain Cover for which they charged RS. 300 extra. It should be included and the bag should include a pocket to store it.

Quality: Build quality is good, the main material is parachute so that can definitely improve as it feels very basic. Zips and buckles are of good quality, the padding was helpful, carried a lot of weight with comfort. Also bag is built well as it does not go out of shape or tilt to a side while carrying weight and walking. The rain cover was super helpful as travelled via boats in rough sea and the cover didn’t let the bag get wet.

Communication: was very swift through WhatsApp. They shared actual pictures before finalizing the purchase. They fast tracked the shipment via Daewoo to avoid any delays, so I had to pay for shipment.

SHIPPING
I'll talk about the shipping first. Dominance should work on improving its shipping. They should choose a good vendor for delivering their product to customers. I was expecting my package to come on time but the delivery service was poor however the dominance team support me, so i am thankful.
QUALITY
Quality is fair enough. Satisfactory. I like the color texture and the buckles are of good quality. Foam in straps and back, i am not sure but i think it will work out fine.
