Shipping:

The product will be delivered within 2-5 working days.
Orders received after 5:30 pm on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
We offer free repairs on a product within 1 year of purchase.

Shipping and Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please call or WhatsApp us at 0314-4032801.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ No return or refund on sock packs of 12 and 24 pairs.

Exchange Policy

Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores/online within the 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the product must be in saleable condition and unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if a defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.
For any defective or wrong product, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery. Call or WhatsApp 0314-4032801 and share images of the product for quick assistance.
After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.
