I recently purchased two pairs of gaiters from this website. Unfortunately, the quality of the products fell below my expectations. Additionally, despite requesting a specific color, the ones I received were completely different.

Prior to making my purchase, I inquired about the return policy in case the quality wasn't satisfactory. I was assured that there was a 15-day return policy. However, upon contacting customer service after receiving the items, I was informed that they are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Overall, I am disappointed with both the product quality and the misleading information regarding the return policy.

I ordered two pairs of snow gaiters and hiking sticks, the quality of sticks is very bad. The gaiters in pics and in real are totally different, just a trap by showing fake pictures on the website. When asked for return they say it's upon the customer to bear the delivery charges. I would highly suggest refraining ordering anything from this website. Their behavior on call was rude.
